LPMD Medical Group

A medical group
built around
responsible care.

We are a physician-led national medical group serving patients through 100% cash-pay healthcare programs.

We will protect the care of the patient and the judgment of the clinician as we grow.

Our shared responsibility

01 / Our medical group

Good care depends on
more than the encounter.

Our clinicians and clinical support professionals belong to the same medical group. Together, we take responsibility for the patient encounter, the preparation behind it, and the follow-through that comes afterward.

This is our group
01100% cash-pay

Our clinical services are self-pay and are not billed to insurance. Each program explains its prices, what is included, and any separate medication, laboratory, or third-party charges.

02EMR agnostic

We can work within a partner's electronic medical record (EMR) and clinical technology. We assess clinical, privacy, security, and workflow suitability rather than require a proprietary platform.

03Condition agnostic

We are not defined by one diagnosis, treatment, or product. Care models are matched to the expertise, evidence, clinical protocols, and follow-up that the patient population requires.

04Pharmacy agnostic

We are not tied to a single pharmacy. Pharmacy arrangements must support appropriate care, applicable licensure and quality requirements, and patient choice where permitted.

02 / The care we provide

Different care needs.
The same clinical responsibility.

We work with management services organizations (MSOs) to build, improve, and operate the clinical side of their businesses.

04 / The clinical organization

The people behind
responsible practice.

Medical leadership and practicing clinicians deliver care. Independent Clinical Quality protects clinical standards. Six Clinical Operations departments support the work.

Clinical Support

Frontline patient and clinician support, issue routing, and service recovery.

Administrative support keeps people informed and makes sure a clinical concern reaches the right licensed professional.

  • Patient and clinician support. Manage support queues, gather the information needed to resolve an issue, provide approved education, and document the interaction.
  • Follow-up and service recovery. Communicate status, coordinate administrative follow-up, and address service problems through a defined owner.

A dependable administrative connection for the clinicians who deliver care through LPMDMG.

  • Clinical Recruiting. Coordinate recruitment for agreed care programs, accurate role introductions, candidate information, and handoffs into clinical selection and onboarding.

Clinical Quality remains independent.

Clinical decisions remain with appropriately licensed professionals. Quality findings are not changed to protect revenue, throughput, client satisfaction, or a launch date.
